Stacy has served as a broker and group benefit consultant in the health insurance industry since 2002. Her experience includes an extensive background as a group employee benefits consultant for small and large groups with fully-insured and partially self-funded group plans. She provides extra value to her clients by providing benefit options that are competitive, flexible, and cost-effective using a strategic approach that fits her clients’ objectives and culture. She follows up with custom employee educational meetings and communication materials as well as ongoing hands-on cost containment and compliance support. Stacy has given a variety of presentations to employers and employer groups in the area of benefits and healthcare trends. In addition, she has over ten years of experience in Human Resources including specializing in compensation and benefits for a large employer for many years.
Mrs. Gitlin has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, has earned her Professional Human Resource (PHR) certification, is a licensed insurance broker and is certified by Connect for Health Colorado. She has also served on several boards, including Past President for the Boulder Area Human Resource Association (BAHRA) and Past District Director for the Colorado SHRM State Council.
Linda is a licensed insurance agent and brings over 18 years of health insurance industry experience. Her experience includes serving as an account manager for small and large groups. Linda’s dedication and experience support 360benefits’ commitment to providing excellent year-round service for our clients. As an Account Executive she specializes in carrier enrollment, renewal management, billing reconciliation, and works as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers on all service issues to ease the burden of plan administration.
