SMALL BUSINESS TAX CREDITS

The Small Business Tax Credit will be available for the foreseeable future for small businesses who qualify and enroll through Connect for Health Colorado. The maximum credit for groups under 25 FTEs is 50% of premiums or 35% for non-profits and can be applied for two consecutive years.
