PCORI FEES DUE AUGUST 1, 2016

The ACA requires health insurance issuers and self-funded plan sponsors to pay fees to fund comparative effectiveness research, known as PCORI fees. Although these fees are generally due by July 31 of each year, the deadline for 2015 plan years is Aug. 1, 2016, since July 31, 2016, is a Sunday.
